The United States Postal Service will be our primary default shipper.
Due to the size of the majority of our items, we will be using the United States Postal Service as our primary shipper. We strive to send your order as cost effectively as possible and will use UPS only when the cost is less than that of USPS. This will pertain to mostly heavier orders.
It is possible, if you choose; to have your order delivered overnight. In that event, You will be charged 100% of the cost. Again, we will fulfill your order as cost efficiently as possible and the order will be delivered through either USPS Express Mail or FedEx.
We will try and ship your item in 24 to 48 hours after confirmed payment. We will also TRY and send everything with a delivery confirmation. This will cost .70 cents per envelope or package.
We will be using the PayPal Payment platform. Shipping charges should be figured in along with the purchased item(s)
Make sure your information is completely legible.
You may return your purchase(s) from us up to 15 days after they are delivered. Let us know if you want your money back, an exchange, or the incorrect item was sent.
If you receive your item damaged, please tell them on your end IMMEDIATELY !! File a damage claim with the shipper. We cannot give you a refund/money back/exchange on an item that is damaged, UNLESS YOU ENCLOSE A DAMAGE CLAIM FORM from the shipper, and the shipper will not pay for it. We do not want you to lose your money because the shipper damaged your item. It is very rare an item is damaged.
Return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice that you received with your order. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, however, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless we just flat out sent you the wrong item. For your protection it is suggested to send the item back with Delivery Confirmation.
Fill out our Contact Us form, found in the Menu, and put in the comments section, what happened and how you tried to resolve the problem.
Again… YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, WHEN YOU SEND AN ITEM(s) BACK.
